    • Debriefing your birth experience

    • Newborn baby care (handling, changing, bathing, soothing)

    • Understanding feeding and sleep cues

    • Safer sleep guidance and gentle routine building

    • Baby massage and bonding techniques

    • Support with common concerns such as reflux, colic, and settling

    Ongoing support:

    Continued WhatsApp or telephone support during those first couple of weeks, so you never feel alone or unsure.
